The heavyweight bouts will be Eugene Jackson vs. Keiichiro Yamamiya, Tsuyoshi kosaka vs. Pedro rizzo, Jason de Lucia vs. Joe slick and Yoji anjo vs. Tbd. There will also be a Japanese 4-man tournament which will present the following bouts - Daiju Takase vs. Kenichi Yamamoto and Masutatsu Yano vs. Katsuhisa Fujii.
